A young boy standing on a surfboard with an adult, likely his father, in a body of water. The boy is smiling with arms raised, wearing colorful swim shorts and a rash guard. The adult is lying on the surfboard, supporting the boy with one hand, and smiling.

Trust

Families that play together, stay together. The foundation of trust is built daily over the course of time. We are mirrors of each other, if you feel your family is treating you poorly whether a child, teenager, sibling, spouse, or another family member there is a break in the chain of accountability, love, respect, or trust.

Understanding

Family therapy creates a space for healing intergenerational wounds, strengthening communication, and shifting unhealthy dynamics. Using structural family therapy, family constellation, and person-centered approaches, I help families move from survival patterns toward connection, safety, and balance.

Support

How do we find support within our families? We start with understanding our own conditioned responses. These patterns may not serve us anymore, especially when it comes to having a close relationship with our loved ones. Acceptance is the ingredient needed for family members to feel safe to share their deepest fears. Without acceptance, we create distance, misunderstandings, and often we push each other far past the point of repair. Let’s work together to understanding how to heal and how to have loving relationships together.
